We aim to provide quality IT products with smooth post-sale support. Our return and warranty policy follows
OEM guidelines with Concierge Technologies acting as a facilitation partner.
1. Return Eligibility
Concierge Technologies Private Limited - Website Content Returns are accepted only in the case of:
Dead on Arrival (DOA) items reported within 48 hours
Wrong item delivered
Transit damage reported within 24 hours with images
2. Conditions for Return
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and invoice copy.
3. Warranty
Products carry OEM warranties ranging from 15 years. Warranty covers manufacturing defects but not physical damage, burn, or mishandling.
4. RMA Process
Raise a ticket with our support team via email or phone. Submit proof of issue, invoice, and serial number. Well guide you through the rest.
5. Turnaround Time
Typical RMA resolution time is 72 working hours depending on the brand.
6. Shipping Responsibility
Shipping to and from the RMA center is usually borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
7. Exceptions
OEMs may reject claims not fulfilling policy norms. Concierge is not liable for denial of such claims.
