DELIVERY POLICY

At Concierge Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to ensuring a fast, secure, and efficient delivery process for all our customers. We specialize in supplying high-quality IT networking products, and our delivery policy is designed to give you transparency and confidence in every transaction you make with us.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment and successful order verification.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if the product is out of stock, processing times may be delayed. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly via email or phone.


2. Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery time depends on the delivery location and the type of product ordered:

Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like courier delays, natural calamities, or local restrictions.


3. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable and recognized courier/logistics companies such as:

  • Trackon

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC

  • Blue Dart

  • FedEx

  • India Post (for remote areas)

All shipments are fully trackable, and tracking details are provided via email or WhatsApp/SMS once the product is dispatched.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above 10,000 within India.

  • For orders below 10,000, a standard shipping charge ranging from 100 to 300 may apply based on the product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Any additional handling or logistics charges (like octroi or entry tax) are to be borne by the customer, if applicable.


5. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.


6. Order Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking ID and courier partner details will be shared with the customer via:

  • Registered Email ID

  • WhatsApp/SMS (if opted)

You can use the tracking number on the respective courier website to monitor your shipment.


7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • Delayed Deliveries: We strive to deliver on time; however, delays due to logistical issues or external conditions are beyond our control. We will keep you updated proactively in such cases.

  • Failed Deliveries: If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or any other reason attributable to the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears to be damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package.

We will initiate an investigation and dispatch a replacement if eligible.


9. Bulk Orders and B2B Deliveries

  • For bulk or institutional orders, dedicated shipping terms and delivery timelines will be provided at the time of quotation or order confirmation.

  • Concierge Technologies also offers custom logistics support for corporate clients based on project requirements.
