Our CSR philosophy is rooted in empathy, inclusion, and empowerment. We aim to make a difference where it matters most—whether it’s education, livelihood, environmental care, or community development.
Over the years, we’ve actively supported causes that align with our core values. We focus on sustainable and meaningful initiatives rather than one-time charity drives. Our approach is long-term and impact-oriented.
One of our primary areas of work is education support for underprivileged children. We sponsor school fees, learning kits, and digital tools for students in rural and low-income areas to bridge the education gap.
We also run regular digital literacy workshops for women and young adults in semi-urban neighbourhoods to equip them with basic computer knowledge and internet skills—helping them become independent and employable.
In healthcare, we contribute to medical assistance for families in need by partnering with local clinics and NGOs. From supporting surgeries to providing medicines during critical times, we ensure timely intervention.
During times of crisis—be it natural disasters, pandemics, or local emergencies—our team steps up with relief work, distributing food, hygiene kits, and daily essentials to affected families.
Environmentally, Concierge is committed to sustainable practices within the organization. We encourage paperless operations, energy-saving systems, and proper e-waste disposal. Every employee is sensitized to reduce their carbon footprint at work.
We also take part in tree plantation drives and work with local authorities to maintain green cover around our office areas and warehouse spaces.
Our employees are active participants in our CSR work. Through volunteer hours, team-led initiatives, and community visits, we instill a sense of social responsibility at every level of the organization.
We support women-led self-help groups by helping them market handmade products and earn dignified incomes. As a company that believes in inclusive growth, empowering women is one of our top priorities.
Our CSR also includes annual drives for winter clothing donations, stationery distribution in government schools, and festival celebrations with orphanages and old-age homes.
