Starting from a modest two-room setup, Rajat grew Concierge into one of the most respected IT distribution brands in northern India. His deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and vendor expectations helped him carve out a unique space in a competitive industry. He is widely respected for his resilience, risk-taking ability, and long-term vision.
Rajat’s expertise spans across vendor partnerships, channel distribution, sales planning, and financial operations. He’s been instrumental in bringing global IT brands into the regional Indian market, offering them consistent performance and strategic growth. His approach is both data-driven and deeply human—focused on building lasting trust.
He actively leads the company’s strategic roadmap, ensures alignment across departments, and personally mentors team members. Rajat believes in ethical credit cycles, steady growth, and technology-led operational improvements. His leadership has resulted in the company’s expansion, a 10,000 sq. ft. owned corporate headquarters, and a vast, loyal dealer network.
